Warranty Coverage
All products sold by OTTIFY include a warranty within the selected subscription period.
Whether you purchase a 1-month or 1-year plan, you will receive full warranty support throughout the entire active period.
If your subscription stops working or faces technical issues within the warranty period (for example, after 15 days), we will provide a replacement without any additional charge.
No Refund Policy
Once a digital subscription or product is purchased and delivered, refunds are not available.
Because all products are digital and instantly activated, we do not offer money-back refunds after purchase.
Support Commitment
We provide full-time support during the entire warranty period.
If any issue occurs within your active subscription period, our support team will assist you and ensure a working replacement if necessary.
